Products are only available for purchase in the United States. You are responsible for keeping your delivery and postal information accurate at all times and must have a physical US address to purchase products. You agree to pay any shipping and handling charges shown at the time you make a purchase. We reserve the right to increase, decrease, add or eliminate shipping and handling charges from time to time. Any delivery dates or times shown as part of the checkout process are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Unless we state otherwise in writing via the Service, risk of loss or damage to a product passes to you upon delivery of the product to our designated carrier.
Return Policy
Because our supplements are considered perishable, we can’t accept returns.
That said, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not loving your order, reach out to store@joinmidi.com. We're happy to offer a refund or exchange whenever possible.

At Midi, your health and satisfaction are our top priorities. If you’re not completely happy with your first purchase, we’ll refund the full amount—no need to send anything back.
Eligibility

- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of your delivery date
- Limited to one refund per product, per customer

Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item appears to be defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate any issues and make it right.Â
