Subscriptions & Other Purchase Options

These terms supplement Midi’s Terms of Service and are applicable only to purchases made through shop.joinmidi.com. 

Supplement Subscriptions

Midi offers the option to receive repeat deliveries or purchased items based upon a subscription frequency for each product that you select during checkout. To complete a purchase you will be asked to provide a credit card or other payment method accepted by Midi (“Payment Method”). If you wish to purchase a subscription, you must be eligible for and register an account through Midi’s virtual Shop.  The Payment Method you provide will be securely stored for future subscription payments. 

When agreeing to a subscription, your selected subscription products will be on an automatic, regular and ongoing basis according to the interval you selected upon checkout, and will continue until cancelled by you (as detailed below) or your payment method fails. Subscription Charges consist of the cost of the selected product, any applicable taxes, and the cost of shipping. Certain discounts on subscription pricing may be available from time to time based upon quantity or order frequency and are subject to change in our sole discretion. Subscription products are subject to changes in price or shipping cost at our discretion. In the event your Subscription price changes, we will do our best to notify you of those changes and the current price in advance of your renewal.

Before shipment, we will send you a reminder SMS text (if opt-ing in) or e-mail informing you that your subscription will be shipped shortly. If you do not cancel, then the products in your subscription will ship and the Subscription Charges will be charged to your Payment Method. 

Cancellation

You agree that your account will be subject to this monthly automatic renewal feature and that we may charge your Payment Method (defined above) each month upon shipment, unless you cancel your subscription at least three (3) business days prior to the shipment date by logging into and going to the “Subscriptions” section of “Your Account” page or by emailing us at store@joinmidi.com. 

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders may be available for purchase if an item is temporarily out-of-stock or a soon-to-be-available product. If purchasing a pre-order, we may collect and store your payment information and then charge a full or partial deposit at checkout. When your ordered product is ready to ship, we will charge your stored payment method for any remaining balance on the product, which may include taxes and shipping charges.  You may cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you may request a full or partial refund. See our Return & Refund Policy for further details.
